Alina Stadelmann, our yoga teacher, will guide you through a gentle whole-body relaxation journey designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and presence.
Gentle Breathing Exercise
Esther MeĂŸmer will lead the guided breathing session. With her experience in breathwork she will hold a supportive space for you to explore the power of conscious breathing and experience its calming effects.

Our team consists of doctors and health coaches who combine experience in medicine, breathwork, nervous system regulation, yoga, and guided meditation. By bringing together scientific knowledge and practical mind-body techniques, we create an approach that supports both physical and mental well-being. Our goal is to help participants better understand their nervous system and learn simple, effective tools to regulate stress and reconnect with their body. This space is open to everyone—whether you are completely new to breathwork or already familiar with practices such as meditation or yoga. No prior experience is necessary. All you need is a quiet space, an open mind, and the willingness to take a moment for yourself. Our intention is to offer a simple but powerful experience that helps you leave the session feeling more relaxed, grounded, and connected to yourself.
